Hi, my name is Josue Molina, Mr. El Salvador. I am 26 years old and I am a mechanical engineering student. Currently working as an HVAC trainer in an air conditioning distributor. I am in charge of training people all around Central America, the Caribbean and parts of South America. I love nature, so on my free time I work as a tour guide and go to tourist destinations here in El Salvador, trying to find a waterfall, trying to chase a sunset or a sunrise and trying to have lots of fun. I am a very energetic and extroverted person, so I like to play lots of sports. My favorites are volleyball, rock climbing, surfing, diving and one of my newest is freediving. I began my modern career back in 2022. I was part of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and El Salvador Fashion Week here in El Salvador. I also have worked with beverage brands and cellphone brands all around Central America. I am into gardening, but I am only an enthusiast. I have grown mint, basil and peppermint in my backyard, but also in the countryside I have a piece of land where I have grown more than 50 dragon fruit cacti since the dragon fruit comes from a cactus. My biggest life achievement at this time is that I designed and just began building my own house. I went to different meetings with the architect and the civil engineer. I expressed what I wanted in my house, what I didn't. They got the idea and showed me some designs that I approved and now I am beginning to build my own house. If you ask me who would be my role model, I would definitely say my current boss. Why? Because he has taught me through example what it means to be a caring and loving father, a comprehensive husband and his working ethics are just amazing. They are an example for everybody. He has achieved the same goals that I'm trying to achieve. So when I'm trying to focus on what I want for my future, I definitely look up to him. So that's why I would say he is my role model.
