Mr. World Singapore. Mike Tess, that was a wonderful speech Philippines. All right. One in eight men suffers from mental health depression and anxiety and one out of four commits suicide. I was one of those four people who tried committing suicide. I graduated from the top top universities top 25 universities in the world but I was no exemption to suicide. Now I'm standing before all of you as an advocate for men mental health. It's a growing crisis at the present moment and we have to speak up. This is the moment that we have to speak up. I've worked with various non-government organizations like AIDS Health and government hospitals like Ng Teng Fong General Hospitals where I work with men from all walks of life and I've changed 63 profiles of men and now their life standing strong. Look, man is perceived as strong and stoic. Let's face it, men are not supposed to cry. Now look at this room, look at your left and your right and ask yourself, there is at least one person who's suffering from depression and nervousness and you know who is it? Me. Because I'm standing before all of you but who's there to tell us we're all suffering in silence. We have to speak up. It's our voice that's going to change people. Voice for the voiceless and if I were to crown Mr. World 2024, I'll use my voice and I'll work with various organizations. Let's not go too far, I'll work with Miss World organizations like Miss World 1994, Aishwarya Rai. Last month she spoke about mental health. Miss World 2000, Priyanka Chopra. There are two best influential leaders who spoke about mental health and we should have people from our own organization to speak up about mental health. This is the moment. This is our chance. Now before I end, look at your left and your right. Look at their eyes. Are they suffering in silence? This is the moment. Thank you.
